Express Scripts is a vile, thug-like "service," and one of the
worst I've had to deal with. It's worse than Verizon FiOS, which has deplorable customer service, and a parent corporation that spies on its customers.
This is not just my assessment. Read through some of the testimony of other victims of the gouging of customers. It's infuriating and sometimes heartbreaking.
Express Scripts terminated my daughter from our prescription plan, even though she is supposed to be on it for another year and two weeks. They are claiming that the State of NJ terminated her, but the person I spoke to at the Pensions and Benefits office said that they didn't terminate her, and Express Scripts does this all the time.
We had it years ago through my husband's former employer, and they would short me on one-month's supply of migraine medication, claiming the prescription was for 24 pills for three months, when my doctor always prescribed 36 pills. When I complained about this, some very gruff, aggressive man at their end told me I should be beaten to death.
This is the prescription service that the State of NJ has us pay for.
